Berlin, 9 November 2017 - In the course of a successful private placement, TLG IMMOBILIEN AG has placed approx. 7.4 m new shares with institutional investors at a placement price of EUR 19.70 per share in an accelerated bookbuilding offering. The gross proceeds thus amount to approx. EUR 146.1 m.
TLG IMMOBILIEN AG intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement for recent and future acquisitions as well as for general corporate purposes.
It is expected that the new shares will be admitted to trading on 13 November 2017 and will be included in the existing quotation on the sub-segment of the regulated market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 14 November 2017. Settlement/closing of the transaction is expected to take place on 15 November 2017.
