September 2017 weiter bekannt geben zu können, dass die Akquisition der PSR Group BV ("PSR") abgeschlossen wurde, nachdem die 2.081.389 neuen Stammaktien im Nennwert von je 1 Pence pro Aktie am 2. Oktober 2017 um 8.00 Uhr BST zum Handel an der Londoner Börse (AIM) zugelassen wurden. Insgesamt wurden 1.757.576 neue Stammaktien des Unternehmens im Nennwert von je 1 Pence pro Aktie (die "Platzierungsaktien") zu einem Preis von 165 Pence pro Platzierungsaktie (der "Platzierungspreis") bei neuen und bestehenden Investoren platziert. Dadurch wurde ein Bruttoemissionserlös von GBP 2,9 Mio. (vor Aufwendungen) erzielt, der die Akquisition der PSR Group BV in Teilen finanziert.
