Wer Aktien leer verkauft, das sogenannte Shortselling, muss Transparenzpflichten erfüllen. Wir werfen einen Blick auf aktuelle Shortseller-Meldungen. Geregelt sind diese in der EU-Leerverkaufsverordnung, die ein zweistufiges Transparenzsystem vorsieht.
