AROUNDTOWN ANNOUNCES INCREASED PORTFOLIO AND REVALUATION UPDATE

Aroundtown SA (the "Company") is pleased to announce a successful increase in size of its commercial portfolio through acquisitions and revaluations to an expected EUR10.1 billion as of April 2018. Since September 2017, the commercial portfolio has grown from EUR8.4 billion through EUR1.4 billion of acquisitions and signed transactions. Additionally, over EUR300 million in expected revaluations in Q4 2017 result in an increased EPRA NAV per share of over EUR0.25.
The additions are primarily office and hotel assets located in Aroundtown's strategic target cities such as Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Hannover, Essen, Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
As a result, Aroundtown's FFO I run rate as of April 2018 will increase to EUR365 million, up from EUR272 million 9M 2017 annualized FFO I. Accordingly, the FFO I per share increases to EUR0.39, up 12% since September 2017 annualized, reflecting the Company's continuous ability to further create value on a per share basis.
Aroundtown will be included into the MDAX index of the Deutsche Börse, the FTSE/EPRA index and the GPR 250 index, effective as of 19 March 2018.
