Bracknell/UK, 29 July 2010: Avnet Technology Solutions, the solutions
distribution leader and an operating group of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), announced
today that it has entered into a pan-European distribution agreement with
Clickfree. The agreement enables Avnet to distribute Clickfree's line of storage
backup products, which includes both hard drive-based and DVD-based solutions,
to its extensive group of channel partners.

Clickfree's products combine easy-to-use computer backup software with the
latest in consumer storage technologies, providing end users with simple,
peace-of-mind solutions for saving their digital information. Designed for small
offices, multi-computer households and general technology consumers, Clickfree's
solutions are ideally suited for Avnet's system developer and original equipment
manufacturer (OEMs) partners to incorporate into desktop, mobile and consumer
computing solutions.

products from our OEM and system integrator partners across EMEA," said Rajesh
