a correction to their filing dated 26 April 2007 pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG of the following: On 12 April 2007 Ameriprise Financial, Inc. exceeded
the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt/Saale, Germany. On that date, Ameriprise Financial,
Inc. held 5.01% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG (2,598,050 voting
