CORESTATE enlists founder Ralph Winter to advise on corporate strategy
CORESTATE Capital Holding S.A. (CORESTATE), a fully integrated real estate investment manager and co-investor based in Luxembourg, has signed a comprehensive, five-year consultancy agreement with Ralph Winter, founder and senior advisor of CORESTATE. In the advisory role, he will focus on developing the firm's business strategy and new investment products as well as expanding the international client and investor network.

Ralph Winter, founder of CORESTATE: "CORESTATE's business model is set up perfectly for investors' increasing need of highly sophisticated managers on their side. Especially when the market environment is getting less pleasant, CORESTATE's revenue stream will get even stronger. CORESTATE is a truffle pig in sniffing out interesting niches and excellent real estate products. Our organic growth is key to that success, and acquisitions like Hannover Leasing are additionally driving the firm's development. CORESTATE has great potential to expand internationally, but will do so only step by step and based on the same quality requirements we have in our main market in Germany. I am pleased to support CORESTATE over the long run, also as a major shareholder. I am very excited to see CORESTATE grow."

Thomas Landschreiber, co-founder and chief investment officer: "Our current deal pipeline amounts to EUR 5.7bn, which translates into long-term stable revenues. CORESTATE offers a very attractive platform, and the integration of new partners is working very well. Ralph has a keen sense of emerging market trends and opportunities. His support is invaluable."

Ralph Winter is the founder and senior advisor of the CORESTATE Capital Group and chairman of its investment committee. He has more than 27 years of real estate experience. During his career, he has invested c. EUR 7bn in German and European real estate. In 2009, Ralph created W5 Group GmbH, a family office that invests globally in real estate and private equity. Through W5 Group GmbH, Ralph is one of the most active investors in CORESTATE's club deals.
