Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA ("Borussia Dortmund") extend its marketing cooperation with Lagardère Sports Germany, Hamburg ("Lagardère Sports") until 30.06.2026. Lagardère Sports will continue to market Borussia Dortmund's national and international advertising, media and hospitality rights, but from July 1, 2020 onwards, to improved commission rates in favor of Borussia Dortmund. A revenue share in favor of Lagardère Sports for centrally marketed media rights is no longer subject of the cooperation.
As a result, Borussia Dortmund can rely in the long term on a highly competent marketing partner with many years of experience and international sales structures and further promote the internationalization of its marketing of sports and media rights.
